Make online tipping easier to find
We have had a lot of customers tell us that there is no where to tip for online orders so our drivers aren't getting tips. The tip box is not noticeable. Is there anyway to make that more noticeable or move it to the check out page where customers put in their payment? I have a feeling customers are just glancing over it and expecting it to be on the last page. Our drivers keep complaining about this.

set minimum delivery times per item
We'd like to add some catering items to our menu. However, we need more time to prepare those items. It would be nice if we could set up minimum delivery times per item. This way if we have an item that needs more time to prepare than our normal delivery times customers can still order them online and we'll have ample notice to prepare them.

Holiday Closures
I think you should be able to set holiday closings once and they will repeat every year. For example have: Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter etc and it will figure out the date instead of the calendar.

Let Customers Choose How to Spend Points
Currently through Salesbuilder the point system allows the user to either set up rewards at certain point thresholds. If the customer spends x amount they are sent x offer. Upon the offer being sent the customer's points are spent.
Alternatively, a cycle can be set up where a customer will be offered rewards at different break points. Ex: After acquiring 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 points the customer will receive an offer. After the last offer (in this case 50) the cycle will start over again and the customer will be able to start earning from 0 again.

Saved Order Delivery requests
I received this message from one of our customers. Is there any way to make delivery requests save with the saved order?
"This is just a comment/suggestion for a saved order. I chose to save my order last week and reordered that this week. One thing I noticed is that my delivery instructions did not save. I work at a college and I tried to give detailed instructions for the driver to help them find me. It would be nice if the instructions saved with the order so I don't have to type them in each time."

Make promise time more prominent on mobile in Modern
The new Modern interface looks amazing! So many issues fixed and it really flows well on mobile.
My main concern is the lack of a prominent promise time on the main screen. If i click the little building icon at the top it will display it but that is not entirely intuitive. Our promise times get insane on the weekends so we don't like the promise time not being displayed until the very end as it may be overlooked or it may frustrate the customer that they went through the whole order process only to find the wait is going…

Store message when setting Holiday Hours
It would be nice if we could set a message for each location when we have to set holiday hours or have to turn off TOL for the night.
For instance, if we have a planned closure on a Monday we would like to let the customer know why.
Sometimes we just need to turn online ordering off to catch up but would like to let customers know they can still call us, or to let them know our store is still open.

Add Functionality to Tip at checkout
Enable the customer to ALSO be able to add their own tip percentage as well as the 10%,15%,20% when they check out.

Add baking or preparation time to online ordering
When customer make order they can make order to be delivered or pick up minutes right after store opening or make order minutes before closing we open at 11 and we get order that need be delivered by 11:05 and having preparing time 15 or 20 minutes helps.

Return button in mobile version
When click on return button in mobile phone after viewing shopping cart it freezes and website need be refreshed hope this can be fixed soon I assume almost everyone use return button on their phone to go back to last page or at least menus page it helps customer using site even if we get app in future.

Change format of customer phone number to include -
Currently the phone number prints on tickets as a string of characters 8163635242. Can you change it to use dashes so it is easier to read? 816-363-5242 works a lot better when calling the customer from the road.

Pls allow for auto Time Clock to be disabled
We have been having difficulty tracking our labor costs and hours because several of our staff are being auto clocked out at the same time they clock in even though they work a full shift. Very difficult to process payroll when everyone is clocked out the same minute they clock in. If Auto clock could be disabled that would alleviate this issue.

Allow cash payment after a set number of deliveries
It would be great to have an option for allowing cash tender after a set number of orders. For phone orders we currently restrict first time deliveries to credit/debit only but allow cash after that. Since implementing this policy we've had very few shady delivery situations. We would like to be able to offer this to TOL users that have registered an account.

View more deliveries on Thrive dispatch screen
View more than 5 deliveries on dispatch screen for busy stores. It is very hard to dispatch while scrolling through multiple pages.

Different zones in TOL than Thrive
We offer delivery to just about anywhere so we have a lot of zones set up in Thrive. Our phones people make judgment calls based on the business level as to whether we can take a far delivery. TOL is unable to make that judgment call. We would like to have our 30 zones available in Thrive but restrict TOL to zones 1-9.

Restrict deferred orders
Add the ability to change the max number of days in advance you can place an order online. Right now it is either ASAP, or 14 days in advance? No good choice really...

Resize photos automatically
Would be nice if TOL resized photos when uploaded. And also nice if you could read the photo name, kind of hard to tell the difference on some items when they look a lot alike.

Change "Done Editing" and fractional graphics
It might make sense to a computer programer but it makes little sense to a person that would like to order pizza online. I have a button that says "done editing" on the menu...lol. what does that mean to someone thats ordering pizza? Why do I have some celestial fractional ordering things? what does a half moon mean to a costumer ordering pizza? The list goes on. so dissapointed.
2 votesThanks for your comments PJ. We will definitely consider alternatives to the wording “Done editing” to make it more clear. As far as the fractional half circle / full circle graphics, we chose that because it is fairly standard across most major pizza ordering sites.
