Change format of customer phone number to include -
Currently the phone number prints on tickets as a string of characters 8163635242. Can you change it to use dashes so it is easier to read? 816-363-5242 works a lot better when calling the customer from the road.

Please format numbers for display while preserving the original value for dialing and exports; international numbers need more than a fixed 10-digit pattern.

Display formatting should leave the stored number untouched and apply the pattern only on the ticket. It should also preserve country codes and extensions, since fixed 10-digit formatting won't fit every customer number.

Phone formatting should follow the customer’s country code, since adding U.S.-style dashes to international numbers can make them harder to call.
