A reward catalog with fixed point prices would let customers choose when to redeem without making the program hard for stores to manage. Points should stay in the balance until the customer selects an offer, with any expiration date shown clearly before they save up.

Recurring holiday closures would save stores from re-entering the same dates each year. Since holidays like Easter and Thanksgiving move, the system should calculate them from the selected country or region, with an option to override a date for unusual closures.

Item-level lead times should also apply to the whole basket: if one item needs 48 hours, show the earliest available delivery time accordingly and explain which item sets it. That prevents customers from assuming the shorter lead time applies to everything.

Show the tip choice directly beside the payment button, with clear preset amounts and a “no tip” option. If customers can also add or change a tip after delivery, say so at checkout; that gives them a visible chance to tip without holding up payment.
Saved orders should retain delivery instructions, with a chance to review or edit them before checkout. Since instructions can change between visits, keeping them editable avoids sending outdated directions. A separate saved delivery location could also help customers who order from different buildings.
