Customers should be able to keep earning after reaching a reward threshold and choose when to redeem. A reward menu showing each point cost, with a confirmation before points are deducted, would make it clear they’re saving toward the item they actually want.

Recurring closures should support both fixed dates and rules like “fourth Thursday in November,” since Thanksgiving moves, while Easter needs a calendar-based date. It’d also help to choose which location’s holiday calendar applies, so multi-location businesses don’t have to maintain separate manual entries.

Per-item lead times would solve this without changing the standard delivery window. Let each item specify minimum advance notice, and have the latest-prep item in a customer’s basket determine the earliest available delivery date and time.

Put a tip prompt directly beside payment on checkout, with preset amounts and a clear “No tip” choice. Repeat it in the order summary before submission, and allow tipping after checkout too. That makes it visible without making tipping mandatory.
Delivery instructions should be saved alongside the items in a saved order, especially when the drop-off point changes between orders. A separate default note for the delivery address would also help, so customers can reuse either without retyping.
