First Time Pop-Up (Classic)

NOTE:  This is only valid for "Classic" design.

You can setup a first time visitor pop-up to appear on your site every time a customer visits your site for the first time. This is more commonly known as a welcome message. Once a customer visits your site for the first time, a cookie will be placed on their browser to identify them so that in the future they will not receive the welcome message. This message can say anything ranging from "Welcome Friend you're in the right place!" or "Create a new profile and check out our daily deals!" The possibilities are endless.

To setup your pop-up click on the Design drop down > Click on Header & Footer.

The header and footer edit screen will appear. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to get to the pop-up edit box.

There are three main ways to add a custom pop-up to your online site.
  1. You may add a HTML pop up. If you are fluent in HTML or having a web designer create this for you then you may create the pop-up by selecting the <> button and adding the HTML code there.
  2. Use the options on the pop-up page to create the message that you want to pop up on your online site.
  3. You may also add a pop-up from an image created on a photo shop program such as paint or www.canva.com
o Add the image by dragging the pop-up that was created for your site into the DRAG FILE HERE TO  UPLOAD BOX. Once uploaded it will show in Your Images below.
o Right Click the image and copy the image URL.

Select Insert Image.

Click paste in the Source space to insert the image URL that you copied earlier, Add a description (image title), & the Dimensions will automatically show based on the dimensions of the image that you uploaded.

Click OK when you are satisfied with your image.

Once you are satisfied with you settings you can click the Next button to save. If you wish to see what your header looks like on the site click on View Site under the login options.

Your pop-up will appear on the screen.
