Guest Checkout Loyalty Enrollment

 If you are using the Thrive Loyalty (SalesBuilder) marketing system in conjunction with your online ordering, you want to enroll as many guests as possible!  One way to increase enrollments is to default the join option to "YES" when a guest - i.e. a customer who has not registered an account - checks out.  

With the loyalty enrollment defaulted to ON, the guest can enter a password and their birthday during the checkout process to enroll.   This leads to a much higher percentage of guests participating in the loyalty program. 

To check this setting, navigate in Thrive Online Admin to Set Up > Communications.  At the bottom of the screen, check the box that says "Default Guest Loyalty Sign up at Check Out."



Click on Publish, and Publish all stores.
